Stop wishing... Keep Doing...!!!!

It brings a smile on your face when you aare recognized for the work you did, for the challenges you faced, for the battles you fought. It gives immense pleasure to see someone's trust on you and someone relying on you. The feeling is amazing. But there is something even more important and that is standing with a head held high in front of yourself. If you feel good enough of yourself for your work then other's come secondary.

The struggles we face today give us strength that need in the future. This spirit of moving on in whatever conditions is what makes you the real hero.
Many times we wont have our backs patted by others but that is the time we need to pat our own backs, cheer of yourself, treat us and party hard.
Motivation is something that we all need to move forward and what can be a bigger motivation than to prove yourself. This only seems to be possible when you know your own worth and you believe in yourself. People might not understand your importance doesn't mean that you are not important.

Stop wishing... Keep doing..
You will touch the highest peak for sure.
This is what I have started believing and realized after a few sadist days-

"Look through the clouds and you will see a bright sun waiting behind...!!!"

Lesson learned in daily life..!!!

Sitting in office in my cubicle with headsets plugged in reminds me a lot of things today. Many incidences come randomly in my thoughts and I wish to write all of them down and get the best out of each. Its not possible though as I have few tasks to complete. But I definately got a good lesson from the series of recent events.
We all go through extreme and various conditions and meet a variety of people. Each person has its own qualities. But some of things mayn’t be what we expect to deal with in normal daily life. I too met one such person dealing with whom pissed me off initially but it has given me a lot of understanding about my self and human behaviour.
I believe that most of us get annoyed if some pokes his nose in our work constantly, if someone screws down your work, if someone affects our capabilities and raises a finger on us (if its not for a good) and a lot of other things that effects our peace of mind. This might be personal or professional but it does impact us a lot.

I have generally heard that position brings calmness in people. The higher you go, the softer you become.
You tend to understand people and your experiences makes you calmer and peaceful.
but what if the case is extremely opposite. I don’t tend to point at anyone but yes it showed me something I didn’t expect. It came as a learning. It brought me to understand what I as an individual need to avoid in the years to come.

I read somewhere and it does inspire me:

“Believe this, “the higher you go, the further you see” and also “the further you see the clearer you hear; “the clearer you hear, the wiser you become”!”
