Be brave to say a Goodbye...!!!

Today I write this blog with mixed emotions. This is a learning and that's the reason I am writing it down.
When we move out from our native place in search of living and start a new life in a new city, the people we meet have a great impact on our lives. It matters a lot how we interact and jell up with the crowd. The same happened with me when I moved to Bangalore. The first of many people I met were the one's from the place I started working. Being in IT industry you don't expect people to be very helpful to you and neither did I expect that. Initial days were very tough, especially when you have no clue of the local language. It took some 2 months to make friends or at least start talking to people and make them realize your presence.
You may have heard life is cruel, Yes, It is cruel as times. But its worth it.
Trying to understand the people around you is one of the most difficult tasks. When you have no freaking idea what people on the table are talking because you don't understand the language, then yes life seems cruel.

Anyways, finally my communication started with people and I made a few friends. Life came on track after some 6 months. Work is enjoyed when people you work with are fine and so happened with me. I worked with some decent people.

Today, when I bid farewell to the organization, I was excited about my new endeavor, but also felt a moment where I realized I wont be coming back to this place and work with my same team, have lunch with my buddies. Moving on is important. But what matters is how gracefully you move on.

Everyday is a Second chance...!!!

We all look for chances… chances to grow.. chances to advance ourself into a better person.. chances to make the best of everything and truly each day is a new chance to build the best of us.

We sometimes feel that things didn’t go the way we wanted or the way we planned. We wait for chances to do the best. But isn’t it true that its us who create the chances. Directly or indirectly we are the ones who take steps for the chances to appear. Its just the way we perceive things.

One of the good quotes I read:

“Look on every exit as being an entrance somewhere else.”
