No Excuses.. Only Results...!!!

Results are the outcome of hardwork and excuses are a outcome of procrastination.

To push yourself harder and reach the heights is something that comes from determination, will power and a lot of hardwork. If we keep trying to find ways to avoid it, the only thing we end up is with excuses. A lot of people including me get irritated or pissed off at times when we don't get the results we desire. Sometimes we even try to get away with things and come up with all sort of excuses. But internally we know that what we never tried that hard.

The one giving excuses may not realise that he is harming himself as this soon becomes a habit and this is surely not a good one.

Results or Excuses is what we decide for ourselves. Both cannot be together. One of them is what we chose and deliver.

It's always our choice of what we accept and desire that makes us what we are. 

Thinking about excuses I just came around with this great quote:

Happiness and Success... How you see it...??

Your happiness and Success lies within you..!!!

One's perception about things is what leads him to the edge of happiness and success. Very few people have the insight to see the good even in bad... to take failure as stepping stones to success. Most of us including me get disappointed and depressed when we see things going opposite to what we wanted. 

The real happiness lies within our self  and on how we treat our self. 

Success comes to those who know the pain of failure and use that pain as the learning step and move forward with it. Those who let the pain get over them our the ones who mostly never tend to come out of it.

The capability to see the best in the worst is the true strength of the a person. 

On this note, all I would say is 

" Be the reason for your own happiness...!!!"

Stop wishing... Keep Doing...!!!!

It brings a smile on your face when you aare recognized for the work you did, for the challenges you faced, for the battles you fought. It gives immense pleasure to see someone's trust on you and someone relying on you. The feeling is amazing. But there is something even more important and that is standing with a head held high in front of yourself. If you feel good enough of yourself for your work then other's come secondary.

The struggles we face today give us strength that need in the future. This spirit of moving on in whatever conditions is what makes you the real hero.
Many times we wont have our backs patted by others but that is the time we need to pat our own backs, cheer of yourself, treat us and party hard.
Motivation is something that we all need to move forward and what can be a bigger motivation than to prove yourself. This only seems to be possible when you know your own worth and you believe in yourself. People might not understand your importance doesn't mean that you are not important.

Stop wishing... Keep doing..
You will touch the highest peak for sure.
This is what I have started believing and realized after a few sadist days-

We learn from failures.. Not from success...!!!

Try.. try.. until you succeed...!!!
We all learn, we are meant to learn and we only learn from failures. Failures act as stepping stones in life. Mistakes we do once teach us hundreds of lessons.
I look around and see lots of people depressed or demotivated by failures. They give up. They don't want to try again. They take their steps and accept failure as their destiny. Its so heart-breaking to give up your dreams and accept something that you never thought of.
Every champion faces challenges. Even stars cant shine without darkness. Our struggles and pain is what makes us cherish the success even more. The spirit of never giving up is what makes us stand out.
Each failure gives us a chance of introspection. We get any opportunity to understand our own self in a better way and making the best use of it.

The World is a Stage and We are the Actors....!!!

Life is a theatre and we all play our roles. We have the whole world as audience and it depends on us who we give tickets of the front row. It our choices and its all unto us as to how to decorate the hall for our performance. Each one of us adds spices as per our taste in the script given to us. The ups and downs are the symbol telling us that we are still alive. 

Often I see people relating their life to some movie or song. They feel exactly the same as some character. The circumstances seems similar to the one faced by us. Hence, we often end up relating to Theatre. 

This life is full of surprises. The twist and turns in the movie makes us wonder and sometimes we end up with a OHHHHH or sudden reactions of shock, surprise or happiness. All of us need to play roles and the better we act the happier is the public. But behind the curtains is a stage.. the BackStage where each one of us knows the real us. The mask is off and our originality comes out that will again relate our life to some movie. 

A new day, new start but again amidst the big mystery of theatre. We cannot run away from the acting but we can bring life to our roles. Get involved. Get going. Play it and the Theatre will be SUCCESS.

I’ll quote a famous saying of William Shakespeare,

Blessed Indeed...!!!

"People come and go in your life but only very few leave a footprint in your heart…!!! "

We meet many people of every sort in our life but we get attached to only a few, who indeed become special to us in just a small amount of time. The presence of such people is always a source of joy and contentment to us. I too have such a person in my life, to whom i dedicate this post of mine as its his birthday today. 

We all desire for some qualities in the special ones in our life but all these are just mere things that seem to be of no more importance when you find a perfect person with whom you can share your thoughts and yourself. You may be different in caste, culture and thoughts but the little bond that ties two people together is above everything else.

It takes times for any relation to blossom and it is indeed difficult when you are unable to give that time as your special one cannot be close to you. Such a case is surely heartbreaking. But this is not the end as some people feel it is. It is just the beginning of the understanding that is needed in any relation. You start cherishing the small time you spend, the little talks to have, you care unconditionally and more over you believe and the more you believe the more you feel the worth of it.

A very similar thing is there with me. A friend cum support, always there by my side in just a small span of time. The moment when we thought to make our bond stronger and stability in our friendship was the time when he had to go away from me. Difficult it is for us but also its testing our patience and our commitment to the great bond we share. The level of maturity and clarity of thought is just one thing that has made me adore him. 

The distances between us is going to a big one and we know it but this is what makes us cherish even our fights let alone the good times.

Blessed to have a friend like him. He is surely going to be great partner and also i always wish the best for him. Happiness and success is all I pray for him.

Two aspects of Life..!!!

Well, today i am here writing about one more of my realizations which i just had some time back and i guess i am gonna make it a stepping stone in my career.

While we are grow up and complete our studies, we all have that one aim to be successful in life, we aim for something good, we aim to have a bright career and get settled with a high salary and a good post, etc etc etc.

But is this really possible at a early stage? Is it possible to be successful in everything you do and get excellent results out of it.? Is it possible to be right always?

We all enter a so called professional life of ours and in a long time run we may get involved with people in more than professional ways and here is the biggest flaw. Here starts the confusion. Here begins a big downfall. You mix your personal and professional life and that though very badly (Something that i made a note of at the initial stage.. DONT MIX THEM, but unfortunately did it too). We are humans and tend to forget things that we think for ourself. This is but obvious that when you have a good relation with someone, you will feel hurt if he/she points you out for something that doesn't seem to be a mistake at a large. Unconsciously you have a hope that these people can give you some sort of security or even may help you at hard times. But believe me.. YOU ARE WRONG.

You are in biggest state of illusion if you have any such thing in your mind and trust me it makes you sick.

You can have any sort of personal relation with anyone but never ever expect that anyone is gonna stand by your side and protect you even if you are dying. Here comes the time when people who become attached to you in more than a professional way will prove that its the PROFESSIONAL WORLD. Your problems are your own. And believe me for one thing that the rules that any organization may have, can change according to the people who have the power.

Never display your feelings, only portray your attitude is the new guru mantra. 

People trust me, things seem perfect when you understand the difference between these two aspects of the same coin. It gets hard and hard it is for me at present just because i mixed them both but now is  high time in life when the two aspects move on smoothly just as they should be. 

Cheers to the new feel.. Cheers to the new realization and cheers to the respect of positions.
