SECRET ADMIRER (Part 2)

Days pass, weather change and so do people and their feelings but in our story the admiration of Khusboo is still at a peak. Though, there is a difference now. She has understood that she has to accept the reality and let go of the few things. 

As months passed and the year came to an end, Khusboo was in an unstable state of mind. Small things started hurting her and soon she become vulnerable. The flair of the relation had already subsided from one end and she started feeling that she was a worthless asset in everyone's life. She decided that she will ignore and forget her "admiration" and things will soon be normal for her, but this did not happen. Day in and day out it became heart breaking for her to work in the office. Daily she would be hurt and daily she would feel like crying her eyes out. Unluckily, she reached a point where her tears had also dried up. Many ups and downs took place in her personal life which she wanted to share with her "Admiration" but he seem to never understand her need and even she could not speak out. She started hating herself for ever being close to him and also loathed going to her office.

The pain that she faced started affecting her health and all because of one reason that she hated herself. Unaware of the consequences, she was ignored herself completely and was only wanting to leave the place so that she could forget him and her admiration. But, lucky are those who are able to do such things and she was not that lucky. No option was coming her way. All that happened that her admiration grew and is still growing both personally and professionally.

Now was the time to take a hard decision for her betterment. She decided that she needs to ignore him personally and maintain just a formal professional relation. This seemed very difficult at first but she had no other option. She felt broken. It seemed that he was his only friend but she was wrong, of-course. The problem was that she was close to him and the only thing that was making her a victim was her own thoughts. She gathered courage and tried doing what she wanted.

Soon, she realized that the mantra of happiness lies in herself. She was happy when their friendship grew but was unhappy when the relation declined (same happens in any sort of relation), so why not to accept the reality and face it. Embrace whatever was coming her way. She cherished the small talks that came their way, the small smiles that passed between them and most importantly the time they had spent together. Nothing is permanent and she realized it. Everything that goes high up has to come down at sometime, may it be a thing or a relation.

Its been quite a time that they both know each other. She still remembers the first day she saw him. She remembered the look that made her admire him. Her care and warmth for the relation has grown subsequently. She understands that life is about loving and admiring things that come your way without expecting anything in return. All said and done, she still respects him and admires him and will always be his SECRET ADMIRER. After all, it was her and her heart which admired him.
